Year-end report 2023

Adj. EBITA was MSEK 274 (215) in the fourth quarter 2023 and the Adj. EBITA margin increased to 19% (17%). Net sales increased to MSEK 1,478 driven by acquisitions and positive exchange rate contributions. For the full year, Adj. EBITA increased to MSEK 1,047 (787), and the Adj. EBITA margin was 19% (18%). Rolling twelve months net sales amounted to MSEK 5,842 (RTM) and RTM Adj. EBITA amounted to MSEK 1,069. Please see the report for more information.
