C.L. Seifert Finland Oy acquires the brand Fredrikson in Finland

 C.L. Seifert Finland Oy, a C.L. Seifert A/S subsidiary and majority owned by Röko AB, has acquired the brand Fredrikson in Finland from MASI Jeans Oy. 

MASI Jeans have provided student graduation caps in Finland through the Fredrikson brand. C.L. Seifert will continue to sell and distribute products under the brand, predominantly to retailers in Finland. 

The acquisition of Fredrikson is the first by C.L. Seifert and Röko in Finland.
